• Futureland won’t show you ads of any kind, or sell your data.
• To publish journals, habits, and entries on Futureland, you will need to create an account. Your user data and these creations will then be securely hosted on AWS.
• With your explicit permission, we access your Apple HealthKit sleep data to help improve your sleep consistency.
• In each journal (or habit's) settings, you have the option to export all of the entries. Each export will include all associated files, media, and text.
• For subscriptions and in-app purchases, only the user information necessary to process payments will be shared with our payment processor.
• We use cookies only for the purpose of authenticating your account. This allows you to navigate and use Futureland smoothly without having to sign in every time you visit. Please note that unlike cookies used by some other sites, ours cannot be accessed by other websites.
• We use Simple Analytics to track general user behavior like page views, time spent on page, and browser type. This data is collected anonymously, respecting user privacy, and does not allow us to identify specific users.
• Data that you delete stays in our database for 30 days before it's permanently deleted. Similarly, all data on Futureland is backed up hourly and kept for 30 days.
• You can permanently delete any journal, habit, or entry. These deletions are finalized and completely removed from our database after 30 days.
• From your user settings, you can request permanent deletion of all of your user data at any time. This request will be finalized and all your data completely removed from our database after 30 days.
